Managing conference rooms can be a source of conflict, whether through confusion over room selection, overlapping or interrupted meetings, or the need to use management software.
The TOK solution; a simple, effective time clock that lets you view daily occupancy by means of indicator lights, and reserve a room with a single click.
In addition to quick and easy installation, TOK offers low energy consumption, an intuitive interface and a sleek design that blends in with any décor. TOK interacts with your Microsoft Exchange or Google Calendar server to create and delete meetings. It’s built on Particle’s IoT platform, allowing us to leverage the reach and reliability of the Particle Cloud and related hardware.
